Liquid FederationNew

The group of member firms (exchanges, trading desks, infrastructure and payment firms) that runs the Liquid Network. Selected members operate functionary nodes that sign blocks and hold the bitcoin backing L-BTC; a member charter sets roles and standards, Blockstream is the technology provider, and in 2026 its three boards were merged into one interim board while a new governance model and legal structure are finalised.
