FinCEN and OFAC proposed rule: AML and sanctions compliance programme requirements for payment stablecoin issuers

A joint proposal from Treasury's FinCEN and OFAC setting the anti-money-laundering and sanctions compliance programmes that permitted payment stablecoin issuers would have to run. It is the companion to the bank regulators' prudential proposals, which leave these topics out. Still a proposal at the time of recording.
