Franklin Templeton tokenised MMF as off-exchange collateral on Binance

Eligible institutions can pledge tokenised money market fund shares issued on Franklin Templeton's Benji platform as collateral for trading on Binance. The shares stay with Ceffu, a Dubai-licensed custodian, and their value is reflected on the exchange. Launched in February 2026 under a partnership that began in 2025.
