Stablecoin issuance and payments infrastructure company acquired by Stripe in 2024. Through its Open Issuance platform (launched September 2025) it issues branded stablecoins for other businesses, among them Open USD, Phantom's CASH, Sui Dollar, MetaMask USD and MoneyGram USD, as well as its own USDB; its Luxembourg subsidiary Bridge Building S.A. is a CSSF-supervised e-money institution that issues the Revolut Euro (EURR) e-money token.
