GarantexNew

Cryptocurrency exchange founded in late 2019 and first registered in Estonia, which the US Treasury says ran most of its operations from Moscow and Saint Petersburg. OFAC designated it in April 2022 and again in August 2025, and says it moved its business to the successor exchange Grinex after law enforcement action in March 2025.
