An open protocol and network of routers from Ownera that connects institutions' platforms, custodians and ledgers peer to peer. Each participant runs its own router, which negotiates a trade and orchestrates delivery-versus-payment across the ledgers that hold the asset and the cash, using adapters for each network. Live since August 2025 for intraday repo between collateral on HQLAX and cash in J.P. Morgan blockchain deposit accounts on Kinexys. No single operator sits in the middle: each institution trusts the routers it and its counterparties operate rather than a validator set.
