Chainlink corporate actions golden record initiative (with Swift, DTCC, Euroclear and banks)New
An industry initiative led by Chainlink with 24 market infrastructures, banks and asset managers, among them Swift, DTCC, Euroclear, SIX, UBS, DBS, BNP Paribas Securities Services, ANZ and Wellington Management. Several AI models extract corporate action details from issuers' unstructured announcements, Chainlink's Runtime Environment checks that they agree and turns the result into an ISO 20022 record, and the confirmed "golden record" is published on chain, distributed to other ledgers (including DTCC's) with CCIP and delivered over the Swift network. Phase 1 showed the approach with Swift, Euroclear and six institutions; the Phase 2 results (September 2025) describe a production-grade design. No live production use has been reported.
Proof of concept since 29 Sep 2025[1] — Test and demonstration phases; Chainlink calls Phase 2 production-grade but reports no live use by participants. · Reviewed 13d ago
