ClearToken CSD Digital Securities Depository (CT Register)Updated 26 Oct 2026

ClearToken's planned depository for tokenised versions of existing UK securities inside the Bank of England's Digital Securities Sandbox. The tokens keep the same ISINs as the traditional securities, and ClearToken plans round-the-clock DvP settlement against fiat, tokenised deposits and stablecoins, plus intraday repo. ClearToken CSD Limited passed Gate 2 in September 2026, allowing live activity within limits for UK government debt, corporate bonds and FTSE 350 shares. In October 2026 ClearToken named Consensys as tokenisation technology and distribution partner. No live issuance or settlement has been found yet.
