LMAX Group RLUSD collateral and settlement integration

Under a multi-year partnership announced in January 2026, LMAX Group plans to accept Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin as collateral and as a settlement currency across its institutional venues: margin for perpetual futures and CFDs, settlement for spot crypto and fiat crosses, custody in segregated wallets at LMAX Custody and on-ramps via LMAX Kiosk. Ripple agreed to provide $150 million of financing to LMAX as part of the deal. In October 2026 LMAX, Ripple and Standard Chartered said they intend to let clients keep RLUSD in Standard Chartered custody on the XRP Ledger while LMAX mirrors its value as collateral. LMAX Digital has listed RLUSD trading pairs since March 2025.
