ClearToken CT Settle and CT Pay
A UK-regulated, venue-neutral settlement service for institutional digital asset trading. Trades from several venues and OTC are netted and then settled delivery-versus-payment between cryptoassets, stablecoins and fiat through the participants' chosen custodians and banks, an approach ClearToken likens to CLS in FX. Its first settlement cycle in December 2025 netted trades between LMAX Digital and Flow Traders, with Zodia Custody as custodian, Bank Frick as bank and Nasdaq Eqlipse Clearing technology. In March 2026 ClearToken said it would run CT Settle, CT Pay (payment-versus-payment) and CT Register as applications on the Canton Network. A clearing service, CT Clear, awaits Bank of England authorisation.
