Fidelity International USD Digital Liquidity FundUpdated 16 Oct 2026

Fidelity International's first tokenised money market fund, issued on Ethereum through Sygnum's Desygnate platform, with ZKsync planned next. It follows a 2024 arrangement in which Sygnum bought $50 million of a Fidelity International money market fund on behalf of Matter Labs and tokenised the units on ZKsync. The fund (ticker FILQ, with accumulating and distributing token classes) is a Cayman Islands segregated portfolio company share class for non-US professional investors, with J.P. Morgan as administrator and custodian, Apex Group as transfer agent and Chainlink publishing daily NAV on chain. Subscriptions can be made in stablecoins around the clock. About $25.8 million was on chain across five holders in October 2026.
