Tokenised access, issued by KAIO, to an evergreen private markets fund run by Mubadala Capital, the Abu Dhabi sovereign-backed alternative manager. The fund invests in private equity funds, direct deals and credit and structured equity. Launched in July 2026 on Base, Solana and Sui for qualified institutional and accredited investors with about $75 million committed on chain, and Coinbase said it would hold exposure on its own balance sheet. Two share classes (A and D) are issued through a Cayman segregated portfolio.
