Partior cross-border clearing and settlementUpdated 8 Nov 2026
A shared blockchain network on which settlement banks hold tokenised commercial bank money so that member banks can clear and settle cross-border payments in real time. Founded by J.P. Morgan, DBS, Standard Chartered and Temasek, it is live for US dollars, Singapore dollars and euros, with J.P. Morgan, DBS, Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered as settlement banks. Emirates NBD went live in 2026, and an LSEG DiSH link for always-on settlement bank liquidity is in testing.
