Slovenia's first digital bond and the first from an EU sovereign: EUR 30 million at 3.65%, issued on 25 July 2024 and due 25 November 2024. It was issued on BNP Paribas' private Neobonds platform, built with Digital Asset's Daml on Canton, and settled on chain in wholesale central bank money through the Banque de France's DL3S as part of the ECB's exploratory work on DLT settlement. The EIB later bought some of the bond in the secondary market.
