SiriHub2 real-estate-backed investment token (XSpring Digital)New

A Thai investment token backed by the Siri Campus office building on Sukhumvit 77 in Bangkok, offered through XSpring Digital's SEC-approved ICO portal from 24 November to 1 December 2025. 249 million tokens at THB 10 each (about THB 2.49 billion) sold out, paying a fixed 6% a year for three years with principal at the end; returns come from the building's rental income. MFC Asset Management is trustee holding the project assets, and XSpring Digital is registrar and co-manages the payout account. Krungthai XSpring Securities, XSpring Asset Management and Asia Plus Securities distributed it, and holders can trade it on the XSpring app. It follows SiriHub Token (2021, THB 2.4 billion over four years), which repaid investors in full. The ledger for SiriHub2 is not named in the sources found.
