Axiology DLT trading and settlement system (digital bonds)New

A Vilnius DLT trading and settlement system authorised by the Bank of Lithuania under the EU DLT Pilot Regime in July 2025, running on a permissioned XRP Ledger-based network. Lithuanian SMEs and real estate developers issue euro bonds onto it, sold mainly to retail investors through crowdfunding platforms (Profitus, Letsinvest, Bondea); Axiology registers and safekeeps the bonds and services coupons and redemptions. Seven bonds worth about EUR 18.1 million had been registered by October 2026. Cash settles in euro e-money tokens (Blue EMI is the registered EMT issuer participant) and, since September 2026, optionally in central bank money through the Eurosystem's Pontes.
