CACEIS EURXT euro stablecoinNew
EURXT (Euro eXchange Token) is a euro e-money token issued under MiCA by CACEIS Bank, the asset-servicing arm of Crédit Agricole, as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum. It is backed one to one by euro reserves held as cash on CACEIS Bank's balance sheet, and is offered first to CACEIS's institutional investor and corporate clients. It launched on 1 July 2026 with a first issuance used to pay for a subscription into a tokenised Amundi Luxembourg money market fund, which Crédit Agricole calls the first European subscription to a tokenised UCITS money market fund settled in a euro stablecoin. About EUR 20 million was in circulation at launch and about EUR 54 million by mid-October 2026.
