A US dollar e-money token issued under MiCA by Quantoz Payments, a Dutch electronic money institution supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. USDQ launched on Ethereum in November 2024 together with the euro token EURQ, backed by an investment from Tether, Kraken and Fabric Ventures, and is now issued on Ethereum, Polygon, Algorand, Stellar and the XRP Ledger. Reserves are held through Stichting Quantoz at European banks. About 8 million USDQ were in circulation in October 2026.
