WormholeUpdated 14 Oct 2026

Open-source cross-chain messaging protocol. Messages are observed and signed by a set of 19 Guardian nodes, and a 13-of-19 signature produces the attestation the destination chain accepts. Token issuers use its Native Token Transfers to keep one native token across chains; older wrapped transfers lock on the source chain and mint a wrapped copy. Securitize uses it as its official interoperability provider for tokenised funds. Networks below are chains with a mainnet core contract on Wormhole's address list; Wormhole notes a listed contract does not guarantee the chain is connected at that moment.
